The core of Gilibanga's work centres on nurturing a strong, connected, culturally grounded Network of Blak evaluators and Trusted Allies who are reshaping the systems around us. This work is about building collective power, amplifying our voices, and ensuring that Blak ways of knowing, being and doing are recognised as central to ethical, impactful evaluation across the country.

Our amazing Network of Blak evaluators and Trusted Allies come from across the country and work across multiple spaces including consulting, government and the for-purpose sector. The Network meets monthly and is a warm, inclusive space to connect, share and problem solve.
